We offer a comprehensive range of First Aid training courses, including First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, Outdoor First Aid, National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC), Swimming Pool Emergency Rescue Award (SPERA) and specialist courses covering AED use and Anaphylaxis. We also deliver Mental Health First Aid training.
All First Aid courses are available as Face-to-Face or Blended Learning options, providing flexibility to suit individual and organisational needs.
All courses are delivered as regulated qualifications under the OFQUAL RQF framework.

RLSS Courses
MEB Training is an Approved Training Provider for the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) and has over 25 years’ experience delivering high-quality aquatic and lifesaving qualifications. To date, we have delivered CIRCA 125 National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) courses, training over 400 candidates, alongside the National Rescue Test for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRSTAC), Life Support 3, Emergency Response Pool, Open Water Lifeguard Specialism (OWL) and Swimming Pool Emergency Rescue Award (SPERA) courses.
Mentoring , Assessment and Development
We provide mentoring, Assessment and Development support for prospective RLSS Trainer Assessors, alongside working closely with leisure facilities to deliver authorised ongoing staff training. All training is delivered in line with, and fully aligned to, the RLSS NPLQ Programme.
